To file a patent in Brazil, we wil require that you complete a Power of Attorney and Inventor Declarations. These documents do not require legalization and can be faxed to us or scanned and returned by email.
Once your patent application is published you will be able to view the status of the application online by using your password. You will be able to view this at any time during the process.
